To be able to perform in Nashville was an absolute
dream come true for me – singing in the home of
country music, and singing where some of the
industry’s greats have gone before you is just mindblowing. It is such an inspiring town. Every trip I
have returned from has really pushed me as an
artist and helped me to believe in myself.
And you sang on the same stage as country
great Kenny Chesney when you were only 16
years old?
Heading to the Merritt Mountain Country Music
Festival in Canada, to perform as one of the opening
artists for Kenny Chesney was something you could
only dream of. Rubbing shoulders with Pam Tillis,
JoDee Messina, Emerson Drive and chatting with
Kenny Chesney’s musicians backstage was
something I will always remember...
Over the past few years I have had the honour
of performing alongside many international artists
including Rascal Flatts, Love & Theft, Corb Lund –
and Australian artists, like Troy Cassar-Daly, Beccy
Cole, Adam Harvey, McAlister Kemp.
