Please see each exhibition for detailed
information. At all other times the
gallery is open as follows:
Monday – Friday: 10am-8pm
Saturday: 10am-4pm
Sunday: 11am-4pm
Opening times may alter due to
University activities. Please check
in advance of your journey.
The Art Gallery is located within the
Chancellor’s Building on the University
campus and is open to staff, students
and the general public.

Tickets bought over the telephone are
not posted. Some tickets will need to
be collected from the ticket desk at the
event and some will be in the form of an
e-ticket. For concessionary tickets, proof
of status may be required.
Box Office
Tickets for events can be purchased in
advance either online or by telephone
only. The Box Office is unable to
process ticket sales for customers
who visit the Box Office in person.
Please contact the Box Office in
advance to check availability.
Reservations
Reservations will be held for a maximum
of three working days. On the day of a
performance reservations are held until
15 minutes before the start of an event at
which point tickets may be reallocated.

Keele Concerts Society events:
Group Discounts
Groups can buy nine tickets for the
same event and get the tenth one
free (applies to the cheapest ticket).
To receive a group booking tickets MUST
be booked in advance at the same time.
Young People
All young people aged 16 and under
go free when accompanied by a full
paying adult.
Keele Student Offer
Buy one concessionary ticket get
one free.
Returns
Unfortunately no refunds are available
for unused tickets. If an event sells out we
will endeavour to sell on spare tickets if
requested. If an event is cancelled we will
offer refunds on all tickets sold.
