How to purchase
Tickets and Subscriptions
Box Office Methods of Payment Reservations
Opening Hours
You are able to call the
Box Office Monday to Friday
10am-4pm, other times
answerphone. Card
Enjoy peace of mind by booking
in advance, simply contact the
Box Office on 01782 734340. Reservations will be held for a
maximum of three working days.
On the day of a performance
reservations are held until 15
minutes before the start of an
event at which point tickets may
be reallocated.

prepaid tickets will be fully

Call us on our Box Office line

tickets. Tickets bought over
the telephone are not posted.
Some tickets will need to be
collected from the ticket desk
at the event and some will
be in the form of an e-ticket.
For concessionary tickets, proof
of status may be required.
Box Office
Tickets for events can be
purchased in advance either
online or by telephone or in
person on the night of the
concert from 6:45pm.
The Box Office is unable
to process ticket sales for
customers who visit the Box
Office in person during any
other time.
Please contact the Box Office
in advance to check availability.
Group Discounts
Groups can buy nine tickets for
the same event and get the tenth
one free (applies to the cheapest
ticket). To receive a group
booking tickets MUST be booked
in advance at the same time.
Young People
All young people aged 16
and under go free.
Returns
Unfortunately no refunds are
available for unused tickets.
If an event sells out we will
endeavour to sell on spare
tickets if requested. If an event
is cancelled we will offer refunds
on all tickets sold.
