on hip-hop for Rowan Music Indus-
try students and targeted commu-
nity groups.
• The Cashore Marionettes will
round out the Marie Rader Pre-
senting Series on March 28 with
Life in Motion, a masterful work
of puppetry depicting depth and
humanity through a range of ev-
eryday scenes and characters to
campus. The Cashores will also be
providing a puppetry workshop to
Rowan theatre students.
 • The highly-anticipated Rowan
Department of Theatre & Dance’s
production of Urinetown: The Mu-
sical, a clever sendup of greed,
power, love, heroism, revolution,
and traditional musicals, will round
out the performance season on
April 3 to 11. 
Future plans, according to Sha-
piro, include:
• extending single season offer-
ings from the Marie Rader Present-
ing Series beyond three engage-
ments;
