past May 23rd. They flew us out to
France and I was the Grand Mar-
shall!
That may be the most ridiculous
thing I’ve ever done. The whole
thing was so ridiculous, I was like
what is happening? What are the
chances that a town in France
would be like: come out here,
we’ll put you up, and we’ll take
you to all of these wineries? It was
literally the most magical thing
ever! You couldn’t have possibly
have planned this. There was no
way when we made that stupid
video that I’d think this is all going
to come together and I’ll end up in
the South of France!
I very much kind of function
from my gut. I think that’s been
the thing for me that has worked.
We’re in a unique position to be
able to talk about the things that
make moms crazy and hopefully
make people laugh and bring
women together. Everything
we do - whether it’s the board
game or Tipsy Tuesday or the Off-
Broadway show, it basically says,
“Mom, get a babysitter, put every-
thing down, maybe take a show,
and play a game or have a glass
of wine with us or come to these
shows and just make time for your-
self. If you do that you’ll be a bet-
ter mom and I think that’s some-
thing moms need to hear.
