There’s visual arts, sculp- tures, multi-media art, that’s for the community that kicks off the whole event.” Thirty years ago, artists were still moving into places like Jer- sey City because the rents were cheaper than in New York City. But today, it is a thriving arts scene of its own - one that is at- tracting talent from all over the world.
