The Newark Arts Festival returns
for its 18th year as a free citywide
arts festival in New Jersey’s larg-
est city October 10 through 13,
2019.  It was named Favorite Visu-
al Arts Festival in the 2019 Jersey-
Arts.com People’s Choice Awards.
Each year, the festival puts a
2019 FALL PREVIEW
spotlight on Newark’s artistic and
cultural institutions, features both
nationally recognized and also
emerging, local creatives, and pro-
vides attendees the opportunity
to shop and purchase the work
of over 100 artists in their open
studios. Alongside the visual arts,
