Siren Test
1st Monday each Month – 12 Noon
County Emergency Officials will conduct a Siren Test around noon the first
Monday of each month (unless there’s severe weather in the area).
Breckinridge County GOP
1st Thursday each Month – 5 pm
The Breckinridge County GOP will meet the 1st Thurs. of every month at 5 pm at
the Breckinridge County Court House.
VFW Post 5831
2nd Monday each Month – 6 pm
VFW Post 5831 will meet the 2nd Monday every month at the VFW Post at 6 p.m.
American Legion Post #1
2nd Wednesday each Month -6:30 pm
The American Legion Post #1 will meet the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the
Breckinridge County Community Center at 6:30 pm
Friday Bluegrass Jam
2nd Friday each Month – 6 pm
The local Breckinridge Bluegrass Music Association sponsors live music at Rough
River Dam State Resort Park on the 2nd Friday of the month. Listen to the free
sounds of Kentucky’s heritage drifting all around the lodge starting at 6pm. Various
local musicians are proudly featured each month.
Breckinridge County Christian Men’s Fellowship Meeting
3rd Tuesday each Month – 6:30pm
Breckinridge County Men's Fellowship meet the third Tuesday of each month. You
are asked to bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to The Good
Samaritan Center.
Kentucky Department of Veteran Affairs
4th Wednesday each Month – 8 am – 2:30 pm
There will be a representative from the Kentucky Department of Veteran Affairs at
the Courthouse in Hardinsburg from 8:00am to 2:30pm every 4 th Wednesday of
