3) Start with a meditation, prayer,
question, great song, poem or
ritual of your choosing. (Find our
suggestions here.) Light a candle.
Take a few moments to breathe
deeply and let the energy of the
day go.
4) Let your guests know how the
project will go - so they know what
to expect. (ie. we’ll be painting
the canvas as a group, then ripping
it up, and adding our own quotes
or thoughts to the heart outline.
5) Trust the process and the project. We’ve tested it and it works!
Your guests get the experience of
sharing their hearts in a creative
way, the joy and playfulness of
collaboration, and the ability to
personalize it so that the final piece
is meaningful and special to them.

Sometimes you will find yourself working alone on a project and while
we hope that you can experience these art activities in the company of
others, having the time for some soulful creative play and deep personal
reflection is also a huge benefit, so to that we say, "Jump In and Enjoy!"
