Reflection report CKV
In the fourth and second grade everyone is obliged to get the subject of CKV taught. And for me this wasn’t any different.
In September of 2012 I stepped into classroom 005 to get me some CKV, not knowing what to expect. Several friends, who just had a little bit more life-experience
than me, told me that CKV was all about arts & cultures. But that sounds pretty vague, doesn’t it? Soon I learned that CKV is all about experience. Ckv forces you
to experience new things, do new things and just opening up your vision.
throughout these two years there were several thing we’ve done and i’ve learnt. First of all we watched a lot of movies during CKV. Although this might sound a
little plain and boring, it did gave me something. Because of watching these movies in class I’ve learnt to appreciate a whole new genre of movies. I know now that
European movies( like Danish and French movies) can be great as well, we shouldn’t only focus on the American movies. It’s due to subject of CKV that I gained
this insight
Also in these two years there were a lot of practical assignment that had to be done. I admit, during those assignments I hated them so much and completely didn’t
understand why we had to do those assignments. But looking back on it now, I’m finally able to appreciate those assignments to its value. Because I think that those
assignments did gain me some new knowledge. For example due to the Greek mythology assignment I know a lot more about animation now. I am able to make a
stop-motion and a computer animated movie and also a sim-movie, all thanks to CKV.
So looking back on those two years I can say that CKV changed me, well at least a little. My interest for art& culture has always been large. But CKV opened up my
sight to new genres and taught me new things. For example due to CKV I can finally appreciate a ballet performance. Also ckv gave me an new critical look upon
things. I know better how to review and evaluate things because of all the CA’s we had to make. At last CKV also taught me how to present things on interesting
way. I know now that PowerPoint and prezi aren’t the only ways of presenting. It’s all about interaction with you audience.
So actually CKV is an awesome subject which teach you a lot of things. By forcing you to experience, your vision will change! All due to CKV
