t is easy to see that we have reached a stage in today’s
society where we are being almost forced to be nice,
to smile, to keep ourselves fit and to be constantly
informed of all current events, no matter how trivial.
We are expected to continuously exhibit a good mood, to
be efficient, effective and productive and to ‘perform’ at
any given moment.
This affects all aspects of our life (environment), be it
at work, in outdoor sports, in the gym, at home, with our
friends and in bed.
Over the years these same demands have taken our society to a point where we automatically succumb more and
more often to a subconscious pressure; we force ourselves
to do more, do it better, and, of course, to do it fast
