Cole’s Bakery and Café
521 E. Holland, Spokane, WA 99218 // (509) 413-1739
Coles’ Bakery is for all the gluten-free eaters out there, especially those looking for
a delicious pie. Here, you can call in your order for any and every pie you might be
craving. They ask for you to place your order four to five days in advance, but that
seems like a small price to pay for any gluten-free pie that you can imagine!
My Fresh Basket
1030 Summit Pkwy. Spokane, WA 99201 // (509) 558-2100
In Kendall Yards? Out on a grocery run? Don’t
forget to pick up a slice of pie from My Fresh
Basket. The current options here (these change
seasonally) are either key lime or banana cream, and
both are priced under five dollars! Before winter
comes into full swing, be sure to enjoy your slice
outside on the patio. Or if there is rain, head upstairs
for a cozy, indoor indulgence. If one slice just isn’t
enough and you want a whole pie, they also offer a
variety of flavors in a case out front of the bakery.
So, if you’re a pumpkin, apple, rhubarb, chocolate,
lemon, cherry (you get the point) pie lover, then
you’re in luck because Spokane has plentiful,
locally made options to satisfy every sweet tooth.
Now you just have to decide which one you will try
first!
