Presented by the non-profit Citizen ’ s Council for the Arts , and held at North Idaho College , many consider this event a summer highlight . A beer garden , food , and the Children ’ s Art Garden round out this juried art show . Art supplies purchased with the proceeds are donated to local high schools .
