“ To this day I hesitate to speak in Spanish , but there were never any rules to singing in Spanish ; certainly the language lends itself well to song ,” Vigil states .
She believes her music mirrors her soul and encourages others to express themselves from the inside out .
“ Music like theirs helps us to appreciate Latin culture , develop an ear for Latin music , and experience the joy of dancing to it ,” added Sheer .
