The restaurant started as a food truck and now they ’ re located in the coolest upgrade , from a truck to … A TRAIN ! When they saw the train , they knew that with lots of hard work , they could transform it into the perfect space for Smoke Ridge BBQ . Purchased in February of 2020 , they had hopes of opening , but had to quickly pivot to a curbside delivery option . This detour caused them to put the brakes on the train renovation so they could focus on their food .
Lucky for us , they have since been able to go forward with the remodel process and complete most of the work in their
