They are facts and numbers that do not speak as a single figure, but are a comparison of facts in history that make the reader understand more in depth the situation and analyze it on a whole other level. On the other hand, I believe history is the key to understand the present in any situation. In this case, it makes us understand - even though it is hard to believe a system or a person can have a whole country in this state – even a little bit why they are where they are; and this article gives us a little bit of comprehension of the situation right now.
