You Are Invited to Our
Grand Opening Event!
NTFB unveils Perot Family
Campus with free community
picnic and open house.
Be among the first to experience the North Texas
Food Bank’s new home! Join us for a community picnic
and open house from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on September
16. All ages are welcome!
The North Texas Food Bank is excited to move
our food distribution and volunteer operations to this
new facility. This move will enable the Food Bank
to achieve our strategic plan of providing 92 million
meals to our hungry neighbors by 2025.
Set on more than 13 acres near the intersection of
President George Bush Turnpike and Coit Road, the
North Texas Food Bank’s Northern Distribution Center
is named the Perot Family Campus in honor of the
family’s multi-generational commitment to hunger
relief. This facility is centrally located within the Food
Bank’s 13-county service area and will allow for more
engagement with businesses, volunteers and donors.
Together, we can continue to put nutritious food on
the table for our neighbors in need.
The 230,000-square-foot facility will house food
distribution, volunteer operations, office space and a
community learning garden.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to this
new space and celebrating an exciting milestone in our
history. Enjoy food and family-friendly activities like
lawn games, tours and more. We will also be collecting
peanut butter for the Plano Peanut Butter Drive, so be
sure to bring a jar or two!

When You Donate Time and Money,
Alliance Data Will Triple Your Gift!
We are grateful for volunteers who lend their hearts and
hands to our mission and are looking forward to you joining
us at the Perot Family Campus. We have exciting news . . .
Alliance Data will donate an additional $2 for every
$1 donated by any NTFB volunteer, up to $150,000!
That means gifts will be tripled; $1 will provide access to
nine meals for our hungry neighbors in North Texas.
We know our volunteers make an impact by donating their
time and are grateful for their additional financial support.

As we work to close the hunger gap, it will take
collaboration and the support of a caring community
to make a difference for children, seniors and families
in need.
This match will run through September 2019, or until
the $150,000 match total is met. Donations can be made
onsite at the time of volunteering.
