Its official! The countdown to Christmas is on! And although this should be a time filled with happiness and cheer, it's often a stressful, chaotic time filled with stress, anxiety and fear.

This is especially true if you're attempting to eat healthier this year. The holiday season isn't necessarily the kindest on our health and it can be challenging to stay focused when tempting sweets and treats pass us by on a continual basis.

Luckily, we're here to help! Consider us your holiday lifeline. From successfully navigating holiday parties to creating mouth-watering, good-for-you foods, we've got you covered. And the best part is that we aren't here to sell you on some crazy diet plan or take away all of your favorite foods. Why? Because those methods just don't work. They also tend to make our holidays a lot less enjoyable, and I'm just not okay with that.

So instead, we're going to focus on building healthier habits. Are you ready? Together, let's have our healthiest, happiest holiday season yet!
