page seven), I’m now
looking forward to the live
music and comedy coming our
way with the Ealing Summer
Festivals. You can read a three-page preview
from page 15 – and you can also enter a
competition with the chance of winning tickets
to the comedy festival.

It seems hard to believe it is almost a year since
we watched England in the World Cup but
somehow it is summertime again.
Thousands of you marched and petitioned to
save our local A&Es and I am sure every one
of you will be pleased with the NHS’s recent
decision to scrap the planned A&E closures
(p10-11).
We will be back in late August or very early
September with our autumn edition.
