2Three Bridges Primary in Southall has been awarded ‘ world class ’ status by Ofsted . Ofsted assesses every school up and down the country . To be given its World Class Schools Quality Mark , a school has to have already been classified as outstanding – and then the pupils are judged to be outperforming their peers in a number of subjects . Art with a positive message

This is just one piece of new artwork from a number of talented young local artists that you should soon start to spot on the sides of some of the council ’ s rubbish and recycling trucks . It was by Lolita Phelan-Llorca , aged nine , from Hobbayne Primary School – and you can see it on the front cover , too . She was one of the winners of a recent Greener Ealing truck art competition who were rewarded by their work being reproduced on the vehicles to spread positive environmental messaging to other residents . Thank you to everyone who entered and congratulations to the winners . You can go to aroundealing . com / news / truck-art-winners to see the full list of winners and their fantastic designs .
