he album starts with RM’s
solo intro, Persona , where he
discusses the question of Who
Am I? RM goes on to say:
“Yeah my name is R,
The ‘me’ who I remember
and who people know,
The ‘me’ who I created by myself
to speak my mind,
Yeah, I might have been
deceiving myself,
I might have been lying,
But, I’m not ashamed of it,
this is the map of my soul.”
This sets the mood for the
rest of the album, and possibly
the era, with his openness about
his thoughts and relaxed attitude.
This is especially apparent in
Make it Right , a song about the
boys' journey from the bottom to
the top. The song continues to
attribute their success to ARMY,
saying: “The reason I survived
in hell, it's for you, it was not for
me”. They also sing about their
desire to give that same feeling
of safety and friendship back to
ARMY.
