This is still the impact of The economic crisis in the European Union that has dramatically changed the youth labor market in almost all European countries. It is our belief that youth workers from different EU and neighboring countries can change the situation locally and internationally. Thanks to mobility projects, youngsters can meet, discuss the problems of youth unemployment, share the best practices, raise the issues of unemployment, create networks and prepare/implement projects tackling the issue in their local communities and internationally. “Need education to work (netWORK)” is a 7-day Partnership Building Activity(PBA) that involves partners from EU, SEE and EECA countries aiming to empowering youth workers overcoming youth employment issues in their own countries. During the project sharing of the best practices of successful countries on youth employment, discovering job opportunities accessible for all participant countries, receiving input from trainers and experts, field visits and group discussions will lead to a creation of a contemporary method that will be used by participants to empower young job seekers to their local communities to find jobs.
