Profile of the participants
 Youth workers, educators and Youth leaders aged 18-35.
 Motivated to work on conflict transformation, interpersonal conflicts and
personal development in communication.
 Ready to transfer gained knowledge to the youth in their organizations and
countries.
 Fluent in English.
 Resident of one of the participating countries - Armenia, Belarus, Croatia,
Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Italy, Latvia, Moldova, Poland,
Russian Federation and Ukraine
 Available for the whole duration of the Training Course.

Important Note: this training has a rule of no alcohol and drugs throughout all
the training.

Important Dates
JULY 05 – The participants are chosen by the sending organizations.

JULY 10– The Registration Forms are submitted by the participants.

JULY 15– The tickets are bought by the participants.
