Maria Simonyan is a co-founder and Vice-president of Armenian Progressive Youth NGO since 2009. For the last 3 years she has been working as a trainer for different international training courses. Her main topics of expertise are Democracy, Youth Participation in political processes, Active Citizenship, Migration, Youth Unemployment and European Voluntary Service. As a youth worker and a trainer she believes that young people are capable of doing significant changes in their countries. By empowering and equipping them with certain skills and competences, we can change the world for better! Saida Ibrahimava is a Co-founder and the Director of Project Development at International Youth to Youth Initiative, start-ups manager, campaign designer and an expert in the field of youth engagement and youth deradicalization. Saida has more than ten years of successful experience in the nonprofit sector and more than five years of working experience for governmental institutions, including military organizations. She has implemented more than twenty projects in the sphere of social inclusion, youth development, education, sport and eradication of extremism. Her major topics of expertise are Youth Empowerment, Intercultural Dialogue and Cooperation, ICTs for Social Change, Leadership and Sustainable Development
