Volunteers of “Armenian Progressive Youth” NGO with cooperation of Yerevan Municipality and help of “Sard” organization by using paints and brushes gave new spirit to tunnel’s walls separated in Mashtots 15 starting from October 24 in 4 days.
Volunteers sermonize ideas of friendship and indulgence by choosing slogan “Be a friend, you’ll find a friend”.
Kindness, friendship, indulgence. This are values about which we talk a lot but not always remember in reality. Nowadays people treat each other with discrimination, judge according to look, nationality, religion, race etc. Even in 21th century, even in developed and developing countries we still sometimes face intolerance issue and its serious consequences.
Unfortunately Armenia is not an exception. In nowadays society as in whole world there are various methods used to sermonize tolerance and friendliness as for health society’s fundamental values. An international experience proves that features related to race, national and religious are playing important role in global political separation issues. That’s the problem. We decided to raise this question with «art» -say APY volunteers who painted the wall.
