After a cool 24-hour decantation process, the juice is fermented at 14-16ºC for 20 days. The second fermentation is carried out in special pressure tanks for 30 days. After fermentation the wine is placed in Armenian and French oak barrels for 14 months. Serving suggestions: Best served with red meats, lamb and loin chops. Tasting notes: This blend has intense red color. One can feel elegant red fruits and berries` aromas and some chocolate and vanilla notes coming from barrels. In mouth is elegant, very creamy, has good acidity and sweet tannins. It is very persistent.
