MEMBER PROVIDER SPOTLIGHT( PART II) Tiffany Trejo / Ricoh-USA

I love to spend time with my beautiful family and 5 dogs when I’ m not at work. We have( 2 Shar Pei mixes, Puggle, Boston Terrier and a French Bulldog). I also provide full time care for my mother who had a massive stroke 3 ½ years ago. I enjoy spending time with her every day.

“ What do you feel is your strength in Records and Information Management?”
I have always said that if people like you they will listen to you, but if they trust you they will do business with you. Taking the time to fully understand my client’ s business needs, goals and objectives are my priority. Understanding the value of information is mission critical to any organization today. We create consistency among processes and help mitigate security and compliance risks by taking a holistic view to systems and infrastructure related to information governance. Our core capabilities include analysis of how and where the information was created, policy and procedure implementation, eDiscovery, risk analysis, measurements and reporting.
“ What do you like to do when you’ re not at work?”
The way we are teaching our children that they don’ t have to work hard to get everything they want. Meaning I don’ t believe in a“ participation trophy”.
“ When did you start your career with Ricoh?”
I started my career with Ricoh in 2002. I worked on the operations side as an Integrated Account Manager. I managed over 40 people who were responsible for onsite copy centers and mailroom inside of large corporations.
“ Where did you come from? Or, are you a native of Phoenix?”
I’ m an Arizona native! I grew up in a small town in Northern Arizona called Camp Verde. I loved growing up in a small town away from all the hustle and bustle. Where you could leave your keys in your car or your doors unlocked and feel safe. This is the kind of town that they write country songs about.
