This session will explain the purpose and value of audits in developing and strengthening an organization’ s RIM program. Participants will learn about different approaches to RIM program audits and hear from an experienced RIM professional about his real world audit experiences. The Facilitator will share how he not only survived the audit, but also leveraged the experience to promote program awareness, gain access to resources and facilitate greater compliance with RIM policy.
