DEBORAH ROBBINS
"GUARANTEEING COMPLIANCE
IN YOUR RIM PROGRAM"

Learn to continually build compliance in your organization through the Triple A’s: Awareness, Access and
Accountability. This presentation will focus on practical “how-to” ideas that can be implemented
immediately to improve buy-in from your entire organization. Along with an overview of compliance
theory, each attendee will receive marketing tools, samples of compliance aids, and an opportunity to share
their own successes with the group.
About the Speaker:
Deborah Robbins is Records and Conflicts Coordinator
for Jones Walker, LLP and has worked the past twelve
years in the RIM profession. Prior to joining Jones
Walker, Deborah worked for Bechtel Corporation in
Glendale, Arizona and for the Maricopa County Public
Defender’s records department.
She is a former ARMA Arizona Chapter Secretary and
newsletter editor and currently serves on the
Communications Committee for the Greater New
Orleans ARMA Chapter.
She has a BS in History and Physical Education from
Wayland Baptist University and did her Masters in
Archives and Records Management at Auburn
University, Alabama. She taught history and coached
women’s basketball at Arizona Christian University for
13 years prior to her return to the records management
industry.
