The program will allow Records Officers to begin training modules as they are appointed for their agencies. This program is not only for Records Officers as defined in ARS §41-151.14. Any person who manages records within their company or agency will benefit from participating in this program and are encouraged to do so. Beginning around 2017, the first twelve sessions planned, may include: The modules are designed to be self-paced but must be completed within nine months after which a certificate of completion will be issued. Recertification is required every two years with newer, more in depth sessions planned to be offered as the program develops. The training will be tracked through a new Learning Management System (LMS) and will accept both State and Non-State employees.
