Andrew is a respected executive who achieved senior roles using a proven business and

technology acumen amassed over a 20-year career. Since 2007 he has provided senior leadership, led complex multimillion-dollar projects, and consulted with small local and multibillion-dollar companies at Kent Record Management, Inc. in Michigan. Throughout his career, he has conducted scores of presentations on leadership, information governance, records management, cloud computing, business development, privacy, security, project management, and career planning. Recently, Andrew has conducted some short, content-rich, and entertaining Pecha Kucha and Ignite presentations at national ARMA and PRISM conferences. Andrew kicked off the inaugural Ignite presentations at PRISM International in 2016 by discussing how effective employee performance evaluations can quickly evolve your company.
In addition to his role at Kent Records, he is a former adjunct professor at Davenport University and taught global project management and the technology capstone courses. He is the founder of the career coaching company Admovio, where his resume review work and career advice is published on CIO. com in 2016. He has served as a volunteer test writer on the Institute of Certified Records Managers( ICRM) Exam Development Committee since 2012. Further, he has served on local ARMA boards throughout his career and was Western Michigan ARMA’ s chapter member of the year in 2013.
Andrew is a Certified Records Manager( CRM), Project Management Professional( PMP), was part of the inaugural group to achieve the Information Governance Professional( IGP) certification, a
Certified Information Privacy Professional( CIPP), and holds various certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA. Andrew has a Master Science in Administration with a concentration in Information Resource Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
