WHAT IS SOMETHING PEOPLE MAY NOT
KNOW ABOUT YOU?
I sang in the Nutcracker with the Dallas Symphony when I
was a senior in high school, and I also sang the National
Anthem for a Grand Prairie Air Hogs game in 2008. I was
in the Miss Texas A&M Pageant.
IF YOU COULD GO BACK IN TIME AND MEET
ANY PERSON, WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY?
If I could go back in time and meet any person, it would be
Harriet Tubman. She was courageous, faithful, intelligent
and a true entrepreneur. She left her husband and family
to return to danger and lead hundreds of others to freedom,
which was her core belief. She trusted that God would be
with her and she never let anyone quit. Harriet continued
working past the Civil War as a spy, nurse and scout. She
was not paid much for her service, so she sold pies, root beer
and gingerbread to support herself and family. She did not
stop helping and serving others, regardless of their skin
color. Harriet is a picture of true strength, faith, passion and
courage.
WHAT SCHOOLS DID YOU ATTEND?
Thomas Jefferson High School (Dallas ISD) and Texas
A&M University
AS A YOUNG CHILD, WHAT DID YOU WANT TO
GROW UP TO BE?
I wanted to be a pediatrician or a business woman in the
corporate world.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FOOD?
A rare T-bone steak.
GIVE US A BRIEF BIO OF YOUR CAREER.
WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE SUPERHERO?
When I was a little girl I took bingo cards and my dad’s 10key touch calculator then added them as fast and accurately
as I could. If I played games like grocery store or a board
game with money, I had to be the cashier or the banker.
I love numbers. When I was accepted into Texas A&M
University, I knew I wanted to have a career that dealt with
numbers and business, so I majored in accounting. During
my senior year, I found a passion not only in numbers but
Wonder Woman - she is beautiful
