Jimmy and Laura Jones were surprised to be chosen as the new
namesakes for one of the new Fine Arts/Dual Language Academy.

Ashworth Elementary music teacher Barbara Keaton enjoyed the
greeting at the called meeting for facilities naming.

The Texas Rangers Foundation and Medical Center Arlington
selected Roquemore Elementary as the School of the Year. Five of
Roquemore’s All-Stars of the Month were recognized on the field.

Webb Elementary students participated in the Junior Olympics
track and field events at UTA. They are pictured here with PE
teacher Mrs. Short.

The Anderson Elementary step team was one of three first-place
winners from the AISD at the 2015 NSA National Step Team
Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Arlington police officers participated in Reading Rocks at Crouch
Elementary.
