Routine Airport Maintenance Program
TxDOT has established the RAMP to help general aviation airports maintain and, in some instances,
construct new facilities. The program was initially designed to help airports maintain airside and land‐
side pavements, but has since been expanded to include construction of new facilities. RAMP is an an‐
nual funding source in which TxDOT will provide a 50 percent funding match for projects up to
$100,000. Table 6D outlines the projects that are eligible under RAMP. It should be noted that several
of the projects listed in the airport’s proposed CIP are also eligible for RAMP funding.
