can focus on demand indicators for initiating projects and grant requests rather than on specific dates
in the future.
In Chapter Four, potential improvements to the airside
and landside systems will be examined through a series
of airport development alternatives. Most of the alter-
natives discussion will focus on those capital improve-
ments that would be eligible for federal and state grant
funds. Other projects of local concern will also be pre-
sented. Ultimately, an overall airport development plan
that presents a vision beyond the 10-year scope of this
planning document will be developed.
