2.1. Create a clear framework for advancing redevelopment projects that meet economic development goals. 2.6. Expand Arlington’s toolbox to include a variety of tools, such as new market tax credits, a dedicated economic development investment fund, and special fee waivers, to address barriers to infill and redevelopment. 3.2. Keep Arlington’s mix of housing healthy and diverse by increasing the momentum around the renovation or redevelopment of aging multi-family housing projects and low-density housing. 2.5. Identify and advance catalyst projects by establishing specific criteria for prioritization of potential projects. 3.3.
