The city’s access by truck to northern Mexico and key Midwest supply chains, coupled with access to several Gulf Coast ports, provide Arlington with a strong competitive advantage. Professional services - As North Texas’ third largest city, Arlington has the geography, access, and visibility to benefit from the continued expansion of this sector. Beyond its direct employment and tax impact, the growth of this sector — which is heavily dependent on Class A office space — creates an important opportunity for real estate development and redevelopment.
