Tally up the payments for at least the first 6 months of business. Most people put away enough for a year. Which might be better in the long run for your business.

You name it an app for invoices, flyers, business cards, spreadsheets, customer database, appointments and so much more. There are even apps that give you the time in other countries so that you know when and when not to call outside of your country. It doesn't matter if you are on ios or android you will find them. We are not naming any because we don't want to be biases about any because so many are very good. Just go to your business section in your phones store
and read the comments. Believe it or not doing that keeps you from making hugh mistakes in what to and not to get.
