Dear Arlington Ridge Family,
On behalf of everyone at Arlington Ridge Golf Club, I would like to wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous
New Year! I always like to take this time to reflect and appreciate what we have accomplished in 2019 and while
we have only been at ARGC a short time, I think we have left ourselves in a good position. We are proud of the
transition and are eager to continue to improve in 2020. All managers are learning their roles and beginning to
develop strategies for each of our departments.
Communication will continue to be a priority initiative as we expand our reach. Be on the look out out for more
communications through Social Media, our APP, by text messages and via e-mail. The Food and Beverage Team
is excited to continue to make the atmosphere better and add variety with the dinner menu and Chatham’s
opening in January. The golf course is in great shape and Shane will keep working on the small details to
enhance the experience. We will keep adding quality merchandise into the golf shop and work on mastering the
tee sheet to maximize the experience for members, residents and guests.
Chatham’s has been a hot topic in our meetings lately. Based on the surveys taken in September as well as other
market research we are looking to launch a coffee shop with specialty drinks and a café style breakfast. We hope
to launch this on Fridays and Saturday towards the end of January. Stay tuned for an open date!
Since Billy Casper Golf has taken over the golf and restaurant operations, we have updated the liquor license
for both the golf course and food and beverage operations. With the new licenses it will certainly help us host
events efficiently all over the property. In addition, we would like to remind you that Florida Alcohol Laws
prohibit guests from bringing alcoholic beverages to the golf course, restaurant or any ARCDD Events. We
appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
January 2020 is an especially exciting time for me as Kaci and I tie the knot on the 3rd! I will be out of the office
until Tuesday, January 14th but leave you in the very capable hands of my staff. I will look forward to returning
in the new year and having fantastic golfing season ahead of us.
Thank you,
Justin Fox
