hadows Foundation presents Big Sting It’s A Country Thing 2016, Friday
October 21st thru Sunday the 23rd at Bumble Bee Ranch, 50 miles north
of Phoenix. Big Sting is a country music festival featuring performances
by Trick Pony, Aaron Watson, Shari Rowe, Matt Farris, Davey Arnold, Dylan
Jakobsen, Tyller Gummersall, Drew Cooper, and J Michael Harter. (Photos in

Big Sting distinguishes itself among
other festivals by raising funds for
Shadows Foundation, a non-profit
founded in 2010 by Flagstaff KAFF
radio personality Vicki Burton.
The genesis for shadows came after
Burton personally experienced
the ongoing effects of loved ones
battling cancer. Shadows Foundation
is dedicated to providing services
and financial assistance to northern
Arizona residents battling lifethreatening diseases.
Big Sting’s weekend festival includes
campsites, vendors, and VIP campfires with
performing artists. The festival site opens at 9
a.m. on Friday the 21st.
