On September 12, members will participate in
the Cactus Classic, a show sponsored by the American
Saddlebred Association of Arizona. The classes for the Peruvian Horses
will be held at West World in Scottsdale on that Saturday morning.
With 5 classes and a class called the Cutie and Spoon (Cutie orange
carried in a spoon), there is sure to be a lot of fun in the arena.
Saturday, October 24, will find
club members at the Riding High
Ranch, owned by Elaine and
Eddie Klugman of Scottsdale.
Invitations are out to our Paso
Fino friends and other breeds to
come to this Fun Day. Classes
will include Pole Bending,
Ribbon Race, Water Glass, Egg
Stomp, Sit-A-Buck and Bribe-AHorse. We expect a good turnout.
A nominal donation will cover
all class expenses and a pot luck
lunch will be held. Events will
start promptly at 9 am, with
signup, coffee and donuts served
at 7:30 am.
Riders from Caballos de BBC

Larry Whitesell will be conducting a Gaited Horse Clinic on
November 13th, 14th and 15th.
