Parliamentary Devolved Constitutional Monarchy
• A devolved English parliament is a proposed institution that would give
separate decision-making powers to representatives for voters in England,
similar to the representation given by the National Assembly for
Wales, Scottish Parliament and the Northern Ireland Assembly.
• A constitutional monarchy is a form of monarchy in which
the sovereign exercises their authorities in accordance with a written or
unwritten constitution.
