The apadravya is a variation of the ampallang. Instead of piercing the gland horizontally it is pierced vertically all the way through the gland. The only caveat is that you have to be uncircumcised or have some left over foreskin to pierce. Any jewelry will work for this type of piercing. A frenum piercing is a piercing that is located under the gland of the penis. It’s the connective tissue that helps your foreskin, if you still have any, retract over the gland. Small caveat for this type of piercing too, you have to be circumcised otherwise the skin will automatically fold over the piercing and will cause infection or lots of irritation. You can also have multiple frenum piercings that continue down the shaft of the penis called a frenum ladder. Any jewelry can be worn, but if you choose a ring it’s often sized to fit over the shaft of the erect penis. A lorum piercing is done at the base of the underside of the penis, just before the scrotum. Several lorum piercings can be turned into a ladder possibly connecting a frenum ladder to a guiche ladder. Any type of jewelry can be worn for this piercing. A guiche is a piercing through the perineum (taint) that triangular space just under the scrotum. Much like a frenum piercing if you get more than one you can turn it into a guiche ladder.
