So, we’ve all seen the “strangers
kissing” vid that went viral a few
weeks ago, right? Well March 15,
The Gay Women Channel on Youtube gave the idea a queer spin with
“First Gay Hug.”
It shows that what happens when you
“ask a gay person and a homophobic
person to hug.’ Reactions are both
humorous and unfortunate. Each
couple makes it through a successful
embrace. But the best exchange is
when Homophobic Guy 2 says his
partner “seems like a cool guy…I
just think your whole sex this is
kind of gross.” To which Gay Guy
2 responds for all of us by pointing
out that “straight sex is kind of gross
too.” Kudos Gay Guy 2.
“First Gay Hug” already has more
than 3.5 million views. What a great
to grow awareness and acceptance!
Lets all just hug it out.
