On the other hand we got a huge mansion located in Vinewood Hills that is, at the moment of this article, still for sale!
The property is owned by Theodore Enterprise and has a value of $677,380 ARD. The last bid is $400.000 ARD, meaning it will sell for at least $1.07 million ARD.
