Sometimes it is not easy to clearly grasp in the architectural design the central theme
of our clients’ activities. This is not the case of the Czech Support and Guarantee Fund
for Agriculture and Forestry, where CAPEXUS incorporated the topic unambiguously
linked with the organization - nature - into all areas of its offices. The path to the
project was more winding, than it could first appear, though. The reason is that the
client did not consider any architectonic design at the beginning of the project - the
the architects placed the greatest emphasis, includes not only a reception, but also a
organization required only a reconstruction of the office interiors. The lobby, on which
generous waiting area, that also serves as a space for informal meetings. The zone is
formed by a built-in bench with soft seating and plants. The subject of PGRLF activities
definitely had to be present in the new premises. The architects Erika Bohatá and
Jakub Seči brought natural motives in various forms into the lobby with reception
and six meeting rooms. Triangle shapes appear through the entire interior - the look
of the yellow and green features in the case of Voxflor Eurogarden carpets gives an
impression of grass or leaves. In the case of the dividers, separating the waiting zone
from the surrounding space of the lobby, the triangles resemble leaves or even trees.
The natural motives manifest the playfulness of the interior - decorative elements do
not give a clear answer and everybody can imagine something different in them. The
inspiration of nature applies not only to the shapes, but also to the materials and the
colors used. Therefore, in the interior CAPEXUS find mainly wood and natural earthy
colors combined with a striking green-yellow color.

건축적 디자인 관점에서 의뢰인의 사업 활동 주제를 온전히 이해하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 그러나
카펙서스가 기업과 연결된 디자인 주제(자연)를 사무 공간 전체에 적용한 체코 농림지원기금
(PGRLF) 프로젝트의 경우는 달랐다. 처음에는 진행이 순탄하지 않았는데, 프로젝트 시작 시
의뢰인은 어떠한 건축 디자인적 요소도 고려하지 않았기 때문이다. 이들에겐 오피스 공간을
재설계한다는 생각뿐이었다. 건축가가 강조한 로비는 리셉션과 더불어 간이 회의실로도 쓰이는
널찍한 대기실을 포함한다. 로비 영역을 정의하는 것은 부드러운 좌석과 화분을 갖춘 붙박이
벤치다. PGRLF의 사업 활동 주제는 새 공간에 명확히 드러났다. 건축가 에리카 보하타와 야쿱
세치는 다양한 형태의 자연 주제를 리셉션과 6개 회의실이 있는 로비에 적용했다. 삼각형 형태가
공간 곳곳에 드러나고, 복스플로 유로가든 카펫의 노란색과 녹색 요소는 풀숲 분위기를 자아낸다.
대기실과 나머지 로비 공간을 분리하는 칸막이의 삼각형은 나뭇잎이나 나무를 닮았다. 자연 주제는
공간에 자유로운 느낌을 더한다. 장식 요소는 분명한 답을 주지 않고 각자 다른 것을 상상하도록
한다. 자연에서 받은 영감은 형태뿐 아니라 소재와 색상에도 적용됐고, 카펙서스는 실내에 목재와
강렬한 녹색과 노란색의 조합을 곁들인 자연친화적 황토색을 주로 사용했다.
