The Foundation Louis Vuitton Art Gallery
and Museum was originally design by
architect Frank Gehry. His focus, to
create the feeling of freedom using
the lightness of clear glass and curved
panels to create the Foundation’s vast
sails.
The ‘Observatory of Light’ project by
artist Daniel Buren added colour to the
exterior of the building to characterise it
from the purposefully plain interior used
to showcase artists work.
