The levels of the two ground floors communicate with a horizontal
communication element, a large gallery, with stairs and a lift, which functions
as an internal road and joins the avenue to the port. There are shops, the hotel
entrance and some of its public areas (seating areas, cafes). The first floor has
an internal, communal area (seating area), that joins the two patios.
