• applying the basic principles
of bioclimatic design.

Βασικοί στόχοι της Αρχιτεκτο-
νικής πρότασης είναι:
• η ένταξη του κτηρίου στο
υφιστάμενο δομημένο
περιβάλλον.
• η διαμόρφωση ενός
λειτουργικού κτηρίου, που
ανταποκρίνεται άμεσα στις
ανάγκες των εργαζομένων
και του κοινού, σύμφωνα
με τις σύγχρονες τάσεις
σχεδιασμού γραφειακών
χώρων, με έμφαση στην
ευελιξία και δυνατότητα
αναπροσαρμογής στο
μέλλον, και
• η εφαρμογή των βασικών
αρχών του βιοκλιματικού
σχεδιασμού.
