UNIQUENESS OF THE SHELL
The shell together with the dynamic
geometry of the form highlight the
flows created between the site area
and its surroundings.
The building’s advanced shell design
ensures energy efficiency and natural
shading in harmony with the orien-
tation, natural ventilation and sound
insulation. During the night, dynamic
flows emerge in the horizon, as LED
light strips of hot purple color highlight
the surrounding urban space.
ΙΔΙΟΜΟΡΦΟ ΚΕΛΥΦΟΣ
Το κέλυφος, σε συνδυασμό με τη δυναμική γεωμετρία των όγκων, αναδεικνύει ροές, που δημιουργούνται
κατά τη συσχέτισή του με τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο. Το κτίριο διαθέτει προηγμένο συνθετικά και σχεδιαστικά
κέλυφος, που εξασφαλίζει, στο βέλτιστο βαθμό, ενεργειακές παραμέτρους, μορφολογικά ελεγχόμενη σκίαση
σύμφωνα με τον προσανατολισμό του, φυσικό εξαερισμό και ηχομόνωση στους επαγγελματικούς χώρους.
Η ιδιαίτερη ανάδειξή του στον περιβάλλοντα αστικό χώρο, επιτυγχάνεται και τις βραδινές ώρες, με δυναμικές
ροές φωτισμού LED, σε πορφυρό χρώμα.
